"Sailor Jupiter was a cosplay that I quickly threw together when I was asked to be part of a 'Rave Sailor Scouts' group for Daisho Con. I was so excited to be making another gogo-version cosplay that I immediately said yes and started working on it!"
"With this cosplay, I went a little hyperfocused into it XD I loved the green fabric paired with the white and pink and I always feel adorable when I run around conventions in this outfit~ My favorite piece to this cosplay is the top! I wanted to steer away from a deco bra so I looked to pinterest for inspiration and found a few 'festival halter tops' that really inspired the green straps on the cups of the bra. I laced a pink ribbon through the top and bottom and paired it with the keyhole top. Adding the touch of pink bias tape to the hem of the jacket really gave it the anime-like thick lines that I love!"
"The toughest part of this cosplay was the wig >.< This thing was so dang heavy that I had to learn a WHOLE new way to style and pin a wig in in order to keep it on my head. Plus the headpiece is super tight and most times will leave a bruise on my forehead for DAYS after the convention."
"This cosplay wasn't an official gogo outfit since I wasn't dancing at Daisho, but it was a great experience getting to be part of a cosplay group that really pushed my creativity~"
